Kristin Juszczyk made sure Taylor Swift never goes out of style even in a historically-cold game.
The wife of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk created a custom jacket for the music icon with Travis Kelce's No. 87 jersey for the Kansas City Chiefs' wild-card matchup against the Miami Dolphins on Saturday.
It was the latest of Juszczyk's designs, which she makes for herself and others, including Simone Biles, who is married to Green Bay Packers defensive back Jonathan Owens. This weekend, she also made a custom jacket for Patrick Mahomes' wife, Brittany, and an Aidan Hutchinson jacket for movie star Taylor Lautner to wear on Sunday for the Detroit Lions' wild-card game against the Los Angeles Rams.
"Everyone has these jerseys, but it's cold for most of these games, especially when you get into postseason, so they cover it up with jackets," Juszczyk told Bay Area news station KRON 4. "So I'm like, OK, how can I reinvent the jersey and make it so people can represent their favorite player in cold weather."
Kyle Juszczyk made sure Kristin got credit for her work. He commented on many social media posts about the jacket, which went viral, as does anything the pop superstar wears.

"I was like, 'C’mon, we’ve got to let these people know it was all Kristin,'" he told the San Francisco Chronicle, noting that they found out Swift wore the jacket with everyone else when she was shown on television. "I’m so proud of her. She’s extremely talented and the things she puts out there are one of a kind. So I want to make sure she gets the credit."
In the aftermath of the viral moment, the All-Pro player said his wife's phone has been ringing.
"She’s had every company, every news outlet reach out to her," Kyle said. "She has every option on the table right now and is going back and forth with a few companies. Some good stuff’s going to come from this. She’s doing a really good job of managing it."
In typical Swiftie fashion, fans flocked to Kristin's social media. Marketing agency Bknown reported that she gained 400,000 followers on Instagram, more than any NFL player in the four-day period.
"Crazy," Kyle said. "Crazy how powerful one person is."
For Kristin, the work is a reward in itself.
"I definitely have those moments where I want to like slam my head against the wall and things aren't going right, and I'm making mistakes," she said. "But when you have that final product in your hands, you're like, 'Oh, it's so worth it.'"
