The plot of "Jackpot!" which hits Prime Video on Thursday, Aug. 15, involves a "Grand Lottery," instituted in a fictional version of California in the near future, in which anyone who kills the winning jackpot ticket holder by sundown gets the multi-billion dollar prize. When Katie Kim (Awkwafina) wins, amateur lottery protection agent Noel Cassidy (John Cena) tries to protect her for a slice of the jackpot.
